Saw The Grey today. This kicked so much ass. Liam Neeson continues his evolution into becoming Charles Bronson. The previews don’t do it justice. It’s not a dumb action movie about dudes fighting wolves. It is a film about death and acceptance. Some truly brutal scenes mixed in with some really solid acting by the entire cast. It’s a shame this came out in January because Liam Neeson’s performance is fucking awesome and he deserves Oscar consideration…but he will have been forgotten by the time the award season rolls around again next year. This is better than any movie that came out in 2011. An instant classic. Go see it.
